Lightroom Classic 11 update fail on MAC Catalina 10.15 will not load

I just updated my Lightroom and Photoshop - now neither one will open. MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 on late 2013 imac 27" with 16GB ram. Everything worked this morning, now nothing works. Ugh. Suggestions?
