Lightroom Classic 12.0.1 doesn't launch (Windows)

I just upgrade to Lightroom Classic 12.0.1  and now it won't open at all

Was that an upgrade from v11.5 to v12.0.1

or was that an update from v12.0 to v12.0.1?
