Lightroom Classic 12.2.1 (Win11) Photos are showed after editing only after restart

Hy Community,

I'm using Lightroom Classic for years now. But since half a year ther is a problem. When I'm exporting an eddited picture the exported picture only is shown after restart of Lightroom Classic. Also when I edit a Photo out of lightroom in another  program (Photoshop, On1, Nik Collection) it will not show in Lightroom before I restart it. That's slowing down the process a lot and very unsatisfactory. Can you help me please?
