Lightroom Classic 12.3 Importing freezes

Lightroom has stopped functioning properly. I've tried everything but the right thing. The screenshot I've included is ALL that happens when I try to import. Is anyone else having the same experience? I'm running Win 11.

Please try if it helps to reset the preferences:

Close Lightroom.
Windows: Hold down [Alt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
Mac: Hold down [Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.
Close Lightroom.
Restart Lightroom.
