I'm closing this discussion because we've solved the problem.
1- Thanks to GoldingD for translating my message
2- The solution: it was "Intego Virus Barrier" that was blocking the "WICHITAFOUNDATION" file, and as Adobe support confirmed that it was an Adobe file for Lightroom, we were able to authorize the file.
N.B: This blocking only occurred from this 04 August (previously everything was OK with the same configuration), so this is due either to a new file in the Lightroom updates, or to updates to the anti-virus definitions.

1- Thanks to GoldingD for translating my message
2- The solution: it was "Intego Virus Barrier" that was blocking the "WICHITAFOUNDATION" file, and as Adobe support confirmed that it was an Adobe file for Lightroom, we were able to authorize the file.
N.B: This blocking only occurred from this 04 August (previously everything was OK with the same configuration), so this is due either to a new file in the Lightroom updates, or to updates to the anti-virus definitions.
