Lightroom Classic 12.5 [202308091523]iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS 16.6.1 Problem: Lightroom does not import cinematic videos. I get the following import error: The video file appears to be corrupted or unrecognizable. We were unable to open the file on disk. (3)
    IMG_2285.MOV
    IMG_2465.MOV
    IMG_2466.MOV

Attach a short problem .mov file here (no larger than 47 MB). Add it as an attachment, don't try to use the video icon:

That will let us quickly determine whether it's a problem with the specific video, a LR limitation with the video format, or a problem specific to your LR configuration.
