Lightroom Classic 12 keeps losing export button with windows 11 new computer and install

Question

Can anyone help?  I have a new computer, windows 11 and purchased monthly plan for lightroom classic 12.4.  It works great for a few days then I lose my export option.  Have to unstall, lose all my presets and watermarks and reinstall to fix this.  This has happened 5-6 times in 2 weeks.

The next time this happens, please post a full-resolution screenshot (not a phone pic) of the entire LR window. That could give important clues.
