Installed v 13 yesterday. After installation, I launched. On my first mouse click, LrC crashed. Relaunched with same result. I've uninstalled and reinstalled v 12. What now?

Be sure you have the latest driver direct from nVidia.com for that GPU. It's a very old one and there is not likely to be a driver that will work properly with this new software. Give the driver update a try anyway.
