Lightroom Classic 13 + Camera Raw has not been recognizing faces for months, it only shows red boxe

Since 10 months mein Lightroom Classic 13 and Camera Raw has not been recognizing faces any more.

People are only detected as red boxes. At the beginning of the year, this function worked without any issues, and I've been hoping that an update would fix the problem. However, there has been no improvement. I just remembered that I changed my graphics card to a model with more memory at the beginning of the year. It's possible that it hasn't been working since then. My graphics card has the latest drivers, and it's the following model: AMD Radeon RX 6600 8GB. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the face recognition working again?

    So WIndows Driver Store driver v 31.0.12027.9001

    I think that over at AMD they are showing Windows Driver Store Version 31.0.22017.3004

    You may want to check your GPU driver version. GPU drivers out of date can cause all sorts of LrC issues.

    Hi,

    now it works.

    The resolutions was:

    I always update the driver with the windows update, that don'tworks.

    Now i install directly the driver and software package from the AMD-Site:

    Auto-Detect and Install

     

    Now, Lightroomo and Photoshop works fine.

      Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut out as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs and it takes up vast amounts of scroll space making the reply less readable and less likely that others will bother with your post.
