The issue above was resolved with Apple tech support staff by removing the Sonoma OS from  the computer and restart and reload with MacOS Ventura.. we did not import the old preferences.

Il team specializzato, le chiede gentilmente di seguire questa guida per risolvere il problema riscontrato con l'apertura di Lightroom:

This is what we really did:

Thank you Francesco for your kind message. This is to report that the case in the subject matter is closed.

We tried all the tricks and solutions indicated by you here and by the community and none worked, eg, check for a Preferences corrupted file, restart by resetting the start files, etc etc. The issue was finally resolved last Monday with Apple tech support staff by removing the Sonoma MacOS from the computer and restart and reload with MacOS Ventura, without importing the old preferences. Lightroom CC now works well again version 13.0.2

To get to the decision to erase the Sonoma operating system and of course the Creative Cloud including Lightroom (LrC), was taken when we created a new user and found that LrC worked again. We tried to move things to the new user but we got a message that the hard disk was full. Then the decision to start on a clean slate by installing Ventura MacOS and reinstalling every thing was taken.

Please post a screenshot, from Finder, showing your catalog, the file, and all other files and folders in the folder it is located in.

No longer have a MAC to look up what you presented, or to provide an example. But that screenshot confuses me. Looks like you are looking at a search, or perhaps backups. I see today, yesterday, etc. I do not see a simple presentation of a volume, a folder, containing the files and subfolders where your catalog is located.

Simply bring up Finder, navigate to the hard drive the catalog is on, navigate to the folder the catalog is in, and show that.

On a Windows PC, using File Explorer, I would se something like this:
