Lightroom Classic 14.0.1.1 Shut Down Issue

Question

After upgrading to the latest LRC version I've noticed that after closing LR I will see a listing in the Windows Reliability Log that LR stopped working. This happens whether I back up my library while closing or not. I am running LRC on a Win 10 system that is fully up to date. The reliability report follows:

I anyone else seeing this error after the latest LRC update was installed?
