Lightroom Classic 14.5.1 keeps renaming my Import files even with Rename option deselected

I selected the Rename option to rename raw files on Import from my Windows 11 C drive.  That worked.  Then I tried to import a different set of files from the C drive, but specifically unchecked the Rename option.  However, the files were still mistakenly renamed.

    Thanks Bill for your suggestion.  I found the problem.  Under the "Apply During Import" tab, I selected a previously saved import preset to populate the keywords; however, I didn't realize that it was also changing the setting under the File Renaming tab to rename the import files from a previous import session.  So I updated the preset so that the Rename Files checkbox is unchecked and it works as expected.
