Lightroom Classic 15.1 takes 3 minutes to open the catalog - diagnostics provided

There is zero activity on my machine while waiting for Lightroom to open,  When it did open I ran the diagnostics and found this of interest,  it correlates to the wait time,  in the middle it mentions the user id key ?

    Hi @MikeBarth,

     

    Thank you for sharing the log snippet, that’s very helpful. Try signing out and back in

    • Open Lightroom Classic

    • Help > Sign Out

    • Close Lightroom

    • Reopen and sign back in

     

    Also, check the Creative Cloud app:

    • Open Creative Cloud Desktop

    • Ensure you are fully signed in

    • Check for any pending updates (latest version is v15.2)

    • Restart your system after confirming login status

     

    If that does not improve startup time:

     

    • Please confirm your OS version

    • Confirm whether Sync is enabled in LrC

    • Let me know if you use Lightroom (cloud version) alongside Classic
