Lightroom Classic 15.3: Develop View is sometimes stuck on previous image

Since Lightroom 15.3 update sometimes when I am going through photos in Develop mode photo wont switch, it switches on filmstrip but not on main window so I need to go back and forth for it to refresh. Same problem on 2 different computers, only fix is downgrading to 15.2. I dont know if its a catalog bug or not but my catalog is not corrupted, I tried optimizing it, changing integrity, disabling gpu acceleration. Anyone experienced same problem? It's really annoying and time consuming.

EDIT: title should say stuck, sorry for that. Cant change it now.

One thing to try is reset the Lightroom Classic preference file.

It’s freshly installed on new pc so i dont think it will help because preferences were fresh. I thought its my old pc at first but installing on new one problem is back
