Lightroom Classic 15.5.1 — AI Models stuck at 0% while downloading

Hi Adobe Community,I’m facing an issue with Lightroom Classic 15.5.1 where the AI models are not downloading.I keep getting the message:n“Some AI models are downloading. Please try again later.”The download remains stuck at 0% and never progresses. Could anyone advise how to resolve this issue? Is there a specific AI model/cache folder that can be safely reset, or is this a known issue with Lightroom Classic 15.5.1?I would appreciate any guidance.Thank you.

Hi​@perfect_Echo8ae2,Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Lightroom from Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.Go to the Masking Panel & wait for a few minutes for it to finish downloading. If that does not help:1 - Try connecting your device to a different internet source, like a mobile hotspot.2 - Go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom Classic and find Lightroom.exe.3 - Right-click on Lightroom.exe and select 'Run as Administrator'.4 - Wait for some time & then try using the masking tools again.Let me know how it goes.
