Lightroom Classic 6 won't run. The splash screen opens for a second and then closes. Win 11 Pro

Lightroom Classic 6 won't run any more. I have uninstalled & reinstalled twice including deleting all folders related to it (I think) & reinstalling again and it still won't run. The splash screen opens for a second (literally) and then closes.

(Running Win 11 Pro on Asus B550-F with AMD 5700G + RX7600 GPU & 64 GB ram)
