click on OK.

I got another message

An error occurred when attempting to change modules.

An internal error has occurred.
cannot create the required folder: /user/admin/Library/application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/ keyword sets.

Inquiry, outside of Lightroom Classic, using Finder, can you create that folder?

Hmm, an odd question that might not get us to a solution. But.

Appears you are logged into your MAC as Administrator. Why? Or am I wrong.

Two concerns.

1. If you are not logged in as Administratir, why is a folder being created within the Admin Library?

2. Why would you normally run a computer as Administrator? Severe bad cyber security practice. Only run as full blown Administrator when doing maintance.

And an afterthought. Are you having bigger issues with Lightroom Classic when running as a non Admin? And as such using the Admin account?

If you are running macOS you can check the following,

Click on the apple badge> System Prefriences> Security & Privacy> Files & Folders

Make sure all the boxes are ticked for Lightroom, see the screen capture.

The error message is pretty clear.

You are getting that error because LR Classic needs, and is trying, to create a Subfolder under You UserName folder path and something on your Mac is stopping that from happening.

First thing I suggest is you Restart your Mac then try to open LR. If you get that same error then you need to check the permissions on your usernam folder and that specific folder it is trying to access. The Lightroom folder and set it for username to have bothj Read & Write permissions.

Another option would be to use the creative cloud desktop application to uninstall Lightroom then restart and re-download and install Lightroom classic it's. It's possible that something in the installation didn't go correctly in the first place.
