Lightroom classic addressbook

Windows 11 does not support Right-click > Send To > Mail Recipient when the default mail client is Thunderbird.  This means that my old MapiMailer plug-in for Lightroom also fails.

We often send pictures from lightroom to mailing lists of people, so we now need to copy our Thunderbird aggress book to Lightroom.  There is no Import Addresses feature in Lightroom

I have written a program to do the conversion and I can create a file identical to a small (2 addresses and 2 groups) AddressBook.lua file  as created manually through the lightroom addressbook window.

However, when I delete the "real" version and substitute my cloned version the addresses are not found.  Delete my cloned version and build the file from a backupof the original, the addresses are found.

Is there something else I have to do in order to get my cloned version to be accepted?  Does Lightroom have some sort of flag to recognise the real file?

OK, I've solved the problem.  Visually comparing the files was not sufficient.  I missed a capital letter that should have been a small letter.    All now seems to work.
