Lightroom classic AI Denoise

Question

I have been using the AI Denoise just fine for a couple weeks on NEF files in Lightroom and now it says it is not compatible. What has happened?

Please share the system info from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.

Does this happen after a specific series of steps? Where are the original images? Images that you've previously Denoised, do they work as expected? Which specific Camera are you working on?
