lightroom classic AI denoise not working

Question

I have recently had an issue with some of my RAW files where after the denoise process has completed, with the AI denoise, it says that there has been an unknown error with the file. However, this only happens with some files and not others but they are all CRaw files. I am on Windows and version 13 of lightroom. Some help would be much appreciated.

Hey, Thomas37593117qy7v! Welcome to Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Please share the system info of Lightroom Classic from Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > Upload as an attachment here, or you can copy and paste here in the thread.

You can try disabling GPU acceleration from Edit > Preferences > Performance > Use GPU Processor > Turn Off > then restart the Lightroom Classic and check if this helps to fix the issue.
