Lightroom Classic and Lightroom keep crashing

I can open lightroom and get started and I have already gone through all the steps listed to correct this, updated drivers all the way through BIOS. I have a ASUS G14 with a 3060 running windows 11, I have tried calling customer service and keep getting hung up on, and they even offered to remotely fix it only to be disconnected immediately upon connection so now I'm worried that I have some kind of spyware. Any help would be awesome.

    What actions in Lightroom Classic or Lightroom seem to cause these crashes?

     

    Is it just Lightroom Classic or Lightroom crashes, but the rest of the computer still runs properly? Or does the entire computer crash and you have to restart it?

     

    Please go the Help->System Info and show us the top 50 lines or so.

    What would I be looking for in those top lines and would it matter if I did a reinstall?

    Just show us the top 50 lines, and we will pick out the necessary information, there's several things we will look for in that info.

     

    Also, please answer this question: Is it just Lightroom Classic or Lightroom crashes, but the rest of the computer still runs properly? Or does the entire computer crash and you have to restart it?

    We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

     

    Did you see a crash dialog?

    Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

    Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

    I use the same email for my Adobe account, the whole computer crashes not just lightroom but it only happens when I use lightroom. I can play games edit video on davinci resolve and edit photos in several other applications but it freezes and sometimes just shuts down my whole computer and other times I have to force it by hold the power button. I don't think it has time to send a report.
