Lightroom Classic Backup Katalog too slow

Hey,

 

after I deleted some Preset Settings in my current LR Catalog, I try to use a Backup Catalog from a month ago.

 

But unfortunaly this backup catalog works very slowly. Not alway, but at some time, when I change the photo, try to copy my present settings on another photo or change the star rating, I have to wait 10-15 sec. until it goes on. 

 

Whats the problem with this catalog?
I already optimiz it.

    Hey, @DimitriDell. Welcome to the Lightroom Classic community. I'll help you figure this out.


    Where are the catalog & the backup catalog stored? Internal or External drive? Try moving the backup catalog from the external drive to the internal drive & if it's already on the internal drive, then move to a different location on the internal hard drive.

     

    Catalog backups are in a zipped folder, have you extracted the catalog backup first? Unpack the zipped folder by right click & choose extract here.
