Lightroom Classic becomes unresponsive when using Photo>Enhance or new Denoise functions

Lightroom Classic becomes unresponsive when using Photo>Enhance or new Denoise functions.  The enhance box pops-up, the green processing band progresses across, then the progress box disappears and the image preview panel never pops-up.  Further, LrC then becomes completely unresponsive - nothing can be clicked or selected.  The program must be shut down in Task Manager and then restarted.

This seemed to work fine until Denoise was used a few times.  Issue appeared within the past week.  I have deactivated GPU with no affect.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut out as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs and it takes up vast amounts of scroll space making the reply less readable and less likely that others will bother with your post.
