Lightroom Classic: Blurb Book 'Export to PDF' Not PDF/X-3 Compliant
The Issue
The LR 7.1 Book module 'Export to PDF' with 'Book Settings' > Book = Blurb creates files with different dimensions than 'Send Book to Blurb' with direct upload. The PDFs also are not PDF/X-3 compliant. This prevents users with upload issues (no or slow Internet, insufficient memory) from manually creating and uploading the cover and page PDFs to Blurb 'PDF to Book.' Here are some examples:

Added ability to use other book publishers
It appears both Amazon CreateSpace and IngramSpark use the same page layout dimensions as Blurb. If Adobe can "add" the capability to output the Blurb formatted PDF/X-3 compliant files locally with 'Export to PDF' it may allow using these other print services. I checked the page layout specifications for Blurb's Standard Portrait 8" x 10" book layout dimensions and they appear to be the same.

It seems beneficial to have this capability and it shouldn't be difficult to implement. The ability to create a book PDF copy for your own use is already supported using the Book module 'Export to PDF' with 'Book Settings' > Book = PDF and it should be retained.
