HI,

Is it possible to combine multiple catalogues into 1 catalogue in LRC?

Yes. Start with one main catalog, and then go to File>Import from Another Catalog menu item, choosing each of the the catalogs you wish to combine. It's a one at a time thing, so not quite a combine all these, but it can be done.

Yes. Open the one that you want to use as the "master catalog", then do File>Import from Another Catalog to select and import one of the other catalogs. Repeat until you have them all merged.
