Lightroom Classic & CC continually crashing

Hi everyone

Since updating last month neither version of LR are working for me:

CC crashes on start-up with the pop up...

Could not run script: OrganiseModuleFactory.lua

Error: Unable to setup WF RTMFP Notify Pipe

Classic CC starts but immediately crashes.

I've tried disabling the GPU both through preferences and by changing "useautobahn" to false in the preferences file. Neither work.

I've uninstalled. Reinstalled. Rebooted. Used Adobe remover. Nothing.

I'm running Windows 10 Home on a Lenova 710s laptop...

Inter Core i7-7500

8gb RAM

Intel HD Graphics 620

I'd appreciate any help. I've signed up for the Adobe photography package and I'm paying £10 for products which don't work and don't appear to have any customer support.
