LIGHTROOM Classic CC says trial when i've purchased it

I've had Photography CC for about a year now. At first, it was great although not that different from previous versions. The recent update has locked me out, it keeps telling me to log into the CC app. None of my apps are working, Lightroom keeps telling me I need to buy it even though I'm paying monthly for the plan. I've tried everything (repairing apps and reinstalling) and nothing has worked. Not good when you rely on the software for work!! What am I paying for?
