Lightroom Classic CC wont update from 7.1

Unfortunately I have the latest version from uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud. Nothing seems to trigger the update for me!

Thanks for the help with this. I still havent gotten it to upodate. I've followed all the advice here and on the links provided, even uninstalling the opm file and reinstalling creative cloud. My System info screen still reads like the this (below) and the creatoive cloud app is not advising there is an update. The update link in Lightroom is also still greyed out.

Any ideas how I raise this issue with Adobe?

Not at my PC, so lacking a link I have saved.

A known issue exists with an older version of the Adobe Creative a Cloud Desktop application, the app you shared a screenshot of.

Adobe has listed a fix that involves five possible solutions. Earlier, and I have lost the reference to prove this, they listed one solution (that is now that formentioned solution five)

In the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application, sign out.

Then uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud application. Just that one application.

Do not uninstall any other Creative Cloud Program. Do not uninstall Phitshop CC, do not uninstall Lightroom CC, do not uninstall Lightroom Classic CC. Just the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App.

uninstalling the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application, will not remove your programs,

unistalling the Adobe Creative Desktop application, will not foul up your Adobe account.

you will need the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application up and running to use your creative apps, this to be fixed in next step.

Next, download and install a fresh new copy of the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application.

Sign in using your new copy of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application. It should Niw see that updates are available.

Sign out of the Creative Cloud app, then sign back in.

I would rather not uninstall and re-install as this makes me very very nervous!

This is not necessary, and should not make you nervous anyway.

Launch Creative Cloud and go to the Apps tab

Click on the three dots menu (top-right) and choose Check for app updates

Wait for everything to refresh

Then scroll down to LR CC & click the update button (if available)
