Lightroom Classic Closes Immediately After Launch

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with Lightroom Classic that I hope someone can help me with. After launching the application, it closes unexpectedly. I've already tried installing different versions of Lightroom Classic, but the problem persists.

 

I've attached a screenshot of my computer specifications, and everything seems to be more than capable of running Lightroom Classic smoothly.

 

If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has suggestions for troubleshooting, I would greatly appreciate your assistance!

Using Windows File Manager, bring up the folder your catalog is in, and take a screenshot of that and share it 1.png

 

in a reply.

Hi @ll_2902, welcome to the community!
Could you let us know what happens when you try to launch Lightroom Classic? Do you see an error message? Does the splash screen appear, or does nothing happen at all?
If you try opening a brand-new catalog, does the same issue occur? To test that, you can hold Ctrl while launching Lightroom Classic.
