Lightroom classic crashes when i process pictures

Lightroom classic is crashing every time i use locals corrections tools (, eraser, corrector or cloner).

when i try to correct a part of a picture i have a the little loading wheel saying "analyzing" and lightroom freeze and send me a popup windows for sending a report.

I use the latest version of Lightroom, i've udated windows 11 and my graphics drivers and tried a lot of solutions without success (disasbeling graphic acceleration, uninstall and re-install everyting, delete presets, etc.).

I'm a little desperate because I've been using Lightroom for a long time and I'm about to look for another software to process my pictures so any help is wellcome.

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

i've sent several crash reports but i'm not sure of the email adress. i've just sent another one with the adress i'm currently using.

Crash reports are complete as of 2:00 Central Time US. I've still seen no crash report from your email address on this forum.

The next time you crash: Fill out the crash report, but before sending, screen capture the dialog, then send it. Post the screenshot in this thread.
