Lightroom classic denoise cr3 files.

A few days ago in LRC 14.4 denoise started to run slow taking 3 minutes per CR3 file.

The chat agents tried to blame me and my PC...telling me to change this and that, but I have been here before numerous times. Time wasting and swapping chat agents to deflect from the problem often being asked to repeat myself over and over with no real solution given.

I rolled back to version 14.3 and denoise for one cr3 file was 10-15 secs so I asked when 14.4 would be fixed...the answer was 1 month. The agent admitted during this chat that knew of faults with cr3 files and 14.4.

but they decided to keep quiet.

I have spent 100's of hours trying to learn new skills and I can not think of a period of a month or more when Adobe has run correctly, also are they releasing updates without fully checking these updates  WAITING TO SEE WHAT COMPLAINTS COME BACK AT THEM ?

<Mod:  Insults removed>

I doubt anyone at Adobe will give a flying feck about this post but im at the end of my tether now and ave wasted too much time and effort with this overated software...enough is enough Adobe you win.

<Mod: I'm understand that you're angry, but be respectful, and if you want "genuine help," then be curteous. and stop your ranting and insulting. Otherwise I am forced to close the thread>

Hi all.
Thank you for the invaluable help.
I asked my friend to call and help with this problem and he has just left saying
that my Geforce rtx was not installed correctly. He also updated a couple of things he says
and put me back onto LRC 14.4... it is now denoising a cr3 file in about 3-4 secs.
I knew the PC was flying a few days ago and now it is back to its best.
I have no idea what has happened over the past few days but he did seem quite amused when he left.
Once again I apologize for the ranting  and I do appreciate your help.
If it was not for your help I doubt I would not have dragged him round here.
Andrew.

Glad you got it resolved. Except for the most routine things, Adobe support can be hit or miss (more miss than hit).

Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

Tell you what....why dont you ring back when you say you will ( your 16 hours late now) !
Like many others I am not techi minded and I am afraid of what will happen if i do something wrong and change something
permanently...can you understand this ?
If I get something wrong you wont nip round and fix it will you ?
I have done everything your agents have asked, my PC runs well and I refuse to change anything
whilst it is running well.
If you want me to go away please do your job correctly, call back when you say you will and stop telling lies and making smokescreens.
Andrew.

@Colorful_goddess0D4E  I am compelled to reply. As I see you aren't new here. So I think you know that this is a Community user forum. We are all just Lightroom users just like you. We are not affiliated with, or work for Adobe. If you want "genuine help" then be curteous. and stop your ranting. If you insult other users that volunteer answers you will simply be ignored.

I'm understand your frustration, but again: PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
