Lightroom Classic Desktop Crashing while using masking tool

I have an M1 pro running newest version of LR classic and am having the same/similar issue. Basically, every time I try to use the masking tool, whether it be AI subject/background/sky/etc or just the regular brush or a linear gradient, it won't work! When I use an AI mask, it completely crashes LR. When I try to use a brush mask or linear gradient mask, it will show the brush tool overlay on the image, but once I click to begin brushing, it disappears and the masking tool closes.

I've already reached out to adobe about this multiple times. Twice they went and controlled my screen to try and resolve the issue. They have not been able to successfully help me figure out what is causing the problem, or help me solve it.

I was able to find a crash report, but it appears to be from October 28. May I ask you to share your system info? You can find it by going to Help > System Info, then copying and pasting it into a text file to attach here. This will help us look into it further.
