Question

Lightroom Classic does not stay active overnight

Each morning when I go to LRC, I see that the screen shows me no images. I have to go into the Start Up

menu, select LRC and then it opens and reloads. All is intact but why should this be happening?

Thank you,

Do any of your hard drives go asleep? Power savings?

The HD the catalog is on?

GoldingD,
I don't know if any drives are asleep. I will look more carefully next
time. When I see the problem I just go immediately to restart LRC and it
reappears with all intact.

This does not happen to me on Windows 11, Lightroom Classic 12.3 (and did not happen to me in Windows 10 nor with any earlier version of LrC)

I suspect that some setting in your operating system is causing this, but exactly what setting that might be is something I can't answer.

Hi dj_paige,
Thanks. Me either. I will have to poke around and ask others for the fix.

John,
I have always had my questions answered in the main LRC Adobe Forum.
