Lightroom classic does not work

Hello, I have a problem, I always used Lr classic, but recently it does not connect. I deleted the app and downloaded it again but nothing works. What to do in such a case?

      What doesn't connect completely to Lightroom Classic? Please be more specific. Also mention MacOS or Windows, and the version number of Lightroom Classic.

       

      And please do not double post. You already asked this half an hour earlier, so I merged these two posts.
