Lightroom Classic doesn't display thumbnails (I only have grey tiles) - issue only on Windows 11.

I've been experiencing a strange issue over the last few days, where instead of thumbnails, I only have grey tiles. There's a link to a screenshot below. I've reinstalled Lightroom Classic twice, tried going back two versions, reinstalled Nvidia drivers twice – nothing helps. I deleted the entire configuration folder and launched Lightroom Classic again – same issue. The problem only occurs on my laptop with Windows 11; the one with Windows 10 works flawlessly.
