Lightroom Classic doesn't open .lrcat file.

I wanted to open another catalogue (.lrcat) and Lightroom, instead of launching it, opens it as a folder and there is no file inside that would be supported.
However, when I click on this .lrcat from the file explorer, it also opens as a typical Windows catalogue, and you can see some files inside.
