Lightroom Classic Error 224

I have been getting Error 224 when opening the newest release of LRC 14.4. I am using Window 11. After looking for online solutions it looks like the solution has to do with not connecting the the Adobe servers. It works fine when I install the previous version 14.3.1 Any resolution or how to contact support. Chat is AI and no help at all.

Hello Arlen, 

Please try this - Open creative cloud and sign out > restart the device > close all the adobe items from the task manager > in the windows search > search for credential manager > click on windows credentials > remove all the adobe items > open creative cloud again and sign in and check.

Did you contact Customer Support as advised?

Did you try an uninstall followed by a reninstall?  It has been awhile, but the last time I tried chat I typed in "agent" and got an expert.

Bill, yes, I've done that a couple of times. No luck. I also reset the settings. I didn't know about the "agent" option. I'll try that as well.
