Lightroom Classic: Failure to Sync with LR Mobile

Since I updated to LR Classic the Sync indication appears on each photo and on the collection.  When I click on the syncing badge it indicates that Smart Previews are being generated for LR Mobile.

None of the photos edited in LR Classic finish generating Smart Previews and they are not synced to LR Mobile.

I have tried re-starting LR, with no effect.

How can I fix this?

    Thank you Mohit.

This problem required a call to Adobe Support.

The tech deleted the syn.lrdata file located here: C:\Users\EricBier\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom\Caches\Sync Data

Further I had to delete all of my synced photos off of the LR Mobile site and re-sync them.

This solved the problem.  Clearly, it is a good idea to follow your suggestions before such drastic measures!

    Thanks again.

    Hi EricBier,

Please sign-out & sign-in from the creative cloud desktop app and check if that helps.

Also, check the Lightroom web version because sometimes images synced from Lr desktop but Lr mobile unable to show it.

Therefore, Lightroom web version will exact the number of images got synced from Lr mobile or desktop.

    Adobe Photoshop Lightroom
