Lightroom classic has a problem uploading photos. The top left bar never moves.

Lightroom classic photos are not loading. I am not getting an error. I waited for hours and there is no progress in the loading section on the top left. I deleted everything including creative cloud. After deleting, I manually deleted the remaining files under appdata, romaning etc. manually. Then I went through the program data etc. and cleaned it thoroughly.

I cleaned the remaining things in the regedit files. The problem was not solved, I reset lightroom, there is no problem from the settings panel. The same situation continues after the clean installation. There is a loading problem, it was happening all the time 3-4 years ago, I was solving it. However, I do not remember how to solve it and I do not have any time. Urgent support is needed Adobe gurus. 🙂 Thank goodness you exist, thanks for the support.
