Lightroom Classic Import "destination" option missing

Hello, all of the suddent when I try to import images from my hard drive or from a memory card, the "destination" is not even listed as an option.  I always import images onto my hard drive or external hard drive before editing.  Now I don't have the option. What am I doing wrong?  Screen shot included.
