Lightroom Classic läuft nicht trotz lfd. Abo

Hallo zusammen,

trotz laufendem Abo (Foto Abo 20 GB für 11,71 Euro im Monat funktioniert lightroom classic seit heute nicht mehr und bietet mir beim Start ein kostenloses Probeabo für 7 Tage an.

die Creative Cloud habe ich versucht upzudaten...ändert nichts.

Kann mir jemand helfen?
