Lightroom Classic lens profile not found

I have LRC 13.2 running on Windows 11. My Samyang 14mm f2.8 lens is not recognized by LR, rather regular lens appears in the panel. No lens identity is displayed in the Library metadata panel. What can I do to have LR recognize this lens?

And in LrC, in Develop Module, in Lens Corrections, do you see this:

Are you shooting in jpeg (perhaps inadvertently because your camera was reset)? Most lens profiles are for raw only.
