After reinstalling my laptop (with Windows 64 bits), I reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud.
However, in Lightroom classic, all my saved locations in the Map tab are gone.
How can I get it back?

The Saved Locations are stored in Lightroom's settings folder. Do Preferences > Presets > Show All Other Lightroom Presets, which will open Explorer / Finder on that folder.  The Saved Locations are stored in the Locations subfolder.

So you'll need to retrieve the Locations subfolder from the backup you made before you reinstalled.

Thank you for your help.
I followed your advice.
In the current version of Lightroom Classic, v13, that I installed, I went to the saved folder and indeed saw it there. There are only 3 new locations there that I created after installation.
When I open a backup of Lightroom (which is from version 12), the program says it needs to be upgraded to access the latest changes to Lightroom Classic.
When I do that and the converted catalog opens in Lightroom, I go to the Locations folder but it still only shows the 3 new locations and not the ones that belonged to the backup catalog.
Do you have any idea how I can get it back?

Sorry, I was ambiguous about "backup".  The catalog backups made by LR don't include preferences and settings (including all the various presets and saved locations).  I meant go to your most recent computer backup made before reinstallation -- that will have the required LR settings folder.
