Lightroom classic lrc doesn't work on windows 10 22h2

I used lrc with no problem till 10 days ago. Then I  renewed the subscribtion and now lrc did not work. I tried to unistall and reinstal the app but the result is the same: it doesn't start. When I try to open the app, it appears for a while in task manager but then it is suspended and it didn't start. What does it means? It seems that windows reject it. On the other side Photoshop (PS) is ok, it works as aslways with no problem. I tried to install also lr with the same results. How can I solve then problem?
