Question

You need to share much more details for us to be able to help.

Paste the content of the system information found in the help menu in LrC, that will contain things like:

- Exact version number of LrC (not “latest” or alike)

- OS and version

- GPU

Good evening,

I have the same problem.

I'm a new user and I just downloaded LrC version 13.5.1

I've been using a HP computer since 2017 :

Processeur : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.90 GHz

RAM Memory : 8,00 Go (7,89 Go usable)

Système d’exploitation 64 bits, processeur x64

Graphics card : NVIDIA GeForce 940MX

A little precision, my english is not very good  😉

Thank's

Florent

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
