Lightroom classic no me permite agregar varios archivos y solo me deja seleccionar 3 fotos

Hola a todos, entro a lightroom classic y no me permite trabajar, acabo de comprar el paquete hace unos dias con todos los programas actualizados 2024 diciembre y no me deja trabajar, por que no se pueden poner todas las fotos que ocupo, ya reinicie la macboock, cerre el programa, pedi ayuda en el chat adobe y no puedo encontrar respusta para eso, tal vez sea un ajuste o algo que no encuento, gracias por su ayuda pra poder trabajar, saludos !!!!!!

Your attached video is very poor.

Just what app are you using, apparently to import from the Cloud?
When the video moves onto LrC, it does not show enough of the LrC Import screen to figure out what is going wrong. I for one need to see more of the screen.

In the left side panels, where are you importing from
In the top panels, are you attempting to Copy, Copy as DNG, Move, or Add?
In the right side panels, do you have Don't Import Suspected Duplicates checked?
In the Right side panel, what is the destination?

Instead of taking a handheld video, apparently with a smartphone, use the MACOS tools available to take a proper screenshot (video included)

As for your current results, only two images were selected, all those boxes to include the other images were not checked. I suspect that LrC thinks they were already imported (but then I cannot see that in your video)
