Lightroom Classic not launch

Question

Help! My lightroom Classic will not open. Says App not responding i have already restarted/shut down my laptop. ive updated lightroom classic to latest version 12.5 and i even updated my laptop MAC os Ventura 13.5.1. Will i nedd to uninstall and reinstall? will i lose my work?

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.
