Lightroom Classic not launching OS Monterey LR V 11.4.1

LR not launching, checked forums and attempted a few fixes - reinstalling LR and CC, changing permissions, restarting - all no go. 

 

Really need a nice steo by step troubleshooting.

In System Preferences, >Security & Privacy, >Full Disk Access, do you see Lightroom listed? If not, do add it and try again.

When you state "restarting" do you mean shut down your computer and restart or restarting Lightroom.
