Lightroom Classic Not Loading!

Question

Hey folks!I'm on a brand new MacBook Pro M3 Max and I made a fresh install of LrC. At first I was gettinga message about a missing directory so I created it. Now I get a splash screen, and I see the main window behind it but it never fully opens. I'm guessing is is a permissions issue although better reporting would be ideal! Is there a list anywhere of a directory structure and permissions that are required. I'm not getting any error messages any longer but I'm not getting LrC either. Help!

The most important permission issue is that Lightroom Classic needs to have full disk access:
