Lightroom classic - not working well with horizontal scroll mouse(Logitech MX Master 2s)

I have an MX Master2S mouse that has vertical and horizontal scrolls

I have observed the following random behavior

On Mouse hover on following Develop capabilities - the horizontal scroll works to increase or decrease the default settings

1. Exposure

2. Contrast

3. Clarity

4. Vibrance

The Scroll is frozen with for

1. Highlights

2. Shadows

3. Whites

4. Blacks

5. Saturation

Essentially mouse hover on a setting and scroll is not definite.. May be this is a bug..

Anybody has a solution ?

Thx

    Hi AKP,

Thanks for providing all useful details. As I understand that the mouse scrolling have a random behavior working in Lightroom Classic.

Does the mouse comes with its own software and have you defined some clicks or added presets for scroll/clicks other that what is factory supplied? Take a look at this discussion (related to Photoshop) Horizontal Scrolling Problem and let us know if the workaround provided helps.

    Thanks,
